Do I have to keep the same channel package I joined with?
AUSTAR's flexible contract terms allow you to change your package options 30 days after installation. Throughout your subscription term, AUSTAR also allows you to change your options without any penalty every 30 days as long as you keep the Starter Pack, our base package
How do I pay for my installation and monthly AUSTAR service?
To pay for your installation and AUSTAR service you will need to give us your bank account details (BSB and Account number) or credit card details when you order online. Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.
Is it safe to give my details over the Internet?
When you are joining AUSTAR online you will notice a yellow padlock icon in the bottom of your browser - this indicates that your connection is secure. AUSTAR uses strong 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that all transaction and personal information is protected.
How will AUSTAR use my personal details?
